How often do the trial and tribulations of this world weary us out? How often do we reach a point of weariness where we feel that we can’t even go on…

 

Aren’t you thankful for the strength that Jesus gives to battle through this weary world!

 

I want to encourage you this month as you face the weariness of life, to turn to the only one that can bring “rest for your souls”. Thanks for all you do and don’t grow weary in doing God’s good work!

Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light.” Matthew 11:28-30

 

 

Hear my cry, O God; Attend to my prayer.

From the end of the earth I will cry to You, When my heart is overwhelmed; Lead me to the rock that is higher than I. Psalm 61:1-2

 

 

But those who wait on the LORD

Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint. Isaiah 40:31

 

 

And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. Galatians 6:9

 

 

But as for you, brethren, do not grow weary in doing good. II Thessalonians 3:13

 

 

For consider Him who endured such hostility from sinners against Himself, lest you become weary and discouraged in your souls. Hebrews 12:13
