I’m New

We hope that you can come and visit us at Harvest Fellowship, if so, you may have some questions about the church. The questions and answers below are presented below if you are new to the church.

Where is Harvest Fellowship?
Harvest Fellowship is located 1.5 miles north of Hamler, Ohio, on State Rt. 109.  The address is F-288 St. Rt. 109, which is between Roads F and G on the east side of the road.
What do we believe?
We are a fundamental, evangelistic Bible-based Christian church that is affiliated with Calvary Chapel.  Click here for more of our beliefs and our mission.

What is our service style?
We are a rural church with people from many communities in the 5 county area.  We have a time of worship that blends the classic hymns with contemporary worship songs.  Announcements and a time of fellowship are followed by teaching from the Pastor on a verse-by-verse study through the Bible.
What do I wear?
Whatever you are comfortable in.  Some folks come in jeans, others dress up.  It is entirely up to you.  All we ask is that you keep modesty in mind.
What about my children?
Childcare is provided at all services on both Sundays and Wednesdays.  On Sundays, classes and childcare are available from birth to 8th grade and on Wednesdays from birth to teens.  We also have special times of worship for age 4 to 6th grade on Sunday.  More information on specific classes can be found here.
Is there anything for a visitor to know?
We have a Visitor Center in the Foyer when you come in.  You will be greeted and given a Visitor’s Guide.  You may sign the guest book if you wish.  If you sign the guest book, the Pastor typically sends a card of thanks and appreciation for visiting the church.  If you would like further contact or have any questions, feel free to call the church (419-274-2195) or email the office (pat@harvest-fellowship.com) or the Pastors (james@harvest-fellowship.com or rene@harvest-fellowship.com).
What about an offering plate?
At Harvest, we do not pass the plate.  There is a box on the table by the doors where you entered the Sanctuary for your tithes and offerings if you so choose.
